In a typical hypnotherapy session, the therapist will ask you questions about previous medical history, general health and lifestyle. You and the therapist will discuss the changes or goals that you are desiring and then spend some time relaxing before going into hypnosis.

A series of sessions includes: 6 private hypnotherapy sessions, initial intake and interview, full review of needs, situational coaching, nutrition or habit suggestions and email support throughout the series. Some series options:
